I've been dealing with really hard stools for more than two weeks now, and it's getting quite painful. I don't have any other symptoms, but it's tough to pass them, and I've never experienced anything like this before. I've even tried making some lifestyle changes. What could be causing this, and what can I do to get some relief?

Poisoning from Drinking Cola from a Cleaning Glass
Immediate action:
- Stop vomiting: If you're already vomiting, try to stop by drinking small amounts of water or other non-caffeinated fluids.
- Rinse mouth and throat: Rinse your mouth and throat with water to remove any remaining cleaning solution.
Home remedies:
- Activated charcoal: If available, mix 1 teaspoon of activated charcoal with water to help absorb the toxin.
- Coconut water or coconut milk: Drink coconut water or coconut milk to help neutralize the toxin.
- Ginger and lemon: Mix equal parts ginger juice and lemon juice with water to help soothe the stomach.
- Plenty of water: Drink plenty of water to help flush out the toxin.
Safety precautions:
- Monitor vital signs: Keep an eye on temperature, pulse, and breathing rate.
- Watch for severe symptoms: If you experience severe vomiting, abdominal pain, or difficulty breathing, seek medical attention immediately.
When to seek medical help:
- Severe symptoms: If you experience severe symptoms, such as difficulty breathing, chest pain, or severe abdominal pain.
- Persistent vomiting: If vomiting persists for more than 2 hours or is severe.
- No improvement: If symptoms don't improve within 24 hours.
In a village setting, if possible, try to reach a nearby health center or hospital for proper medical attention.

I've been dealing with some pretty bad gas and acidity for the past month, and I recently found out I have a gallbladder stone. I'm worried these might be related. What should I do? Are there any ways to ease these symptoms naturally, or should I consider medical treatment right away? Any advice would be appreciated!
