I've been having really frequent bowel movements lately, and the stool has a super foul smell. Its often runny, and I keep feeling bloated because of all the gas. What could be going on here? Should I be worried?

I'm really worried about some results I got back from an ultrasound. They mentioned my liver is enlarged to 18.6 cm, with a diffuse increase in echo texture. It mentioned fatty infiltration and hepatomegaly. Does this mean anything serious for my liver health? They also noted bilateral polycystic ovarian morphology. I'm not entirely sure what that means and if it could be affecting my overall health. Can you help me understand what all this could imply?

Penis Size Facts:* 1. Average erect penis size: 5-6 inches (12.7-15.2 cm). 2. Variations in size are normal. 3. I'm really worried because an ultrasound has shown that I have a 6mm gallbladder stone, and there's also an infection. I've been having really bad pain in my abdomen and feeling nauseous all the time. What do you think I should do about it? Is this something I need to urgently take care of, or are there ways to manage this without surgery?

I understand your concern, and I'm here to provide you with some reassurance and guidance. _Masturbation and Penis Size_ Masturbation, in itself, does not cause a decrease in penis size or width. However, frequent and aggressive masturbation can lead to: 1. _Desensitization_: Reduced sensitivity due to over-stimulation. 2. _Inflammation_: Mild inflammation or irritation, which can cause temporary swelling or changes in penis size. _Thinning and Shortening of the Penis_ The thinning and shortening you've observed could be due to various factors, such as: 1. _Normal fluctuations_: Penis size can vary due to factors like temperature, arousal, and overall health. 2. _Erectile dysfunction_: Infrequent or inconsistent erections can cause the penis to appear smaller. 3. _Peyronie's disease_: A condition characterized by the formation of scar tissue, leading to curvature or shortening of the penis. 4. _Other medical conditions_: Certain conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or hormone imbalances, can affect penis size. _What to Do_ To alleviate your concerns: 1. _Consult a doctor_: Schedule an appointment with a urologist or a primary care physician to discuss your concerns and rule out any underlying medical conditions. 2. _Reduce masturbation frequency_: Try to reduce your masturbation frequency to 2-3 times a week to give your penis time to recover. 3. _Practice gentle masturbation techniques_: Avoid aggressive or rough handling of your penis during masturbation. 4. _Maintain a healthy lifestyle_: Focus on a balanced diet, regular exercise, and stress management to promote overall health and well-being.

I'm a bit worried. My SGPT level is 112, and I heard that's not a good sign. Can you tell me more about what this means and how I can bring it down?

Elevated SGPT levels can indicate liver damage or inflammation. To help reduce your SGPT levels, you should focus on making lifestyle changes such as maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding alcohol, and following a balanced diet low in fat and sugar. Additionally, you can consider taking Ursodeoxycholic acid to help improve liver function and reduce SGPT levels. It is important to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and monitoring.
