I've been dealing with a really intense hair fall issue recently, and it's freaking me out a bit. About two months ago, I had dengue fever, and just about a week ago, I started losing a lot of hair, like 70 to 80 strands a day. I'm not sure if it's related, but it's really concerning. Could this be connected to my dengue fever? What should I do about it?

View allI'm noticing some black spots under my armpits lately and I'm not sure what's causing them. Could this be some kind of allergic reaction? I'm a bit worried and would appreciate some guidance. What do you think it could be?
These black spots could be due to a condition called acanthosis nigricans, which is often associated with insulin resistance or diabetes. I recommend using a cream containing hydroquinone and tretinoin, such as Melalite Forte cream, applied once daily at night. Additionally, maintaining good blood sugar control through diet and exercise can also help improve these spots.

I've been dealing with malar bags and someone mentioned it might be due to an underactive thyroid. If that's true, could medication help improve them? I've been using tretinoin and taking a collagen supplement, but these bags really make me look older. Are there any other treatments or options you would suggest for these slight malar bags?
