I've been dealing with really itchy rashes and red patches for the last three days and its getting pretty frustrating. I'm using Zovirax tablets and Ocuvir cream, but I'm not sure if they're really helping. Should I be doing anything else, or could this be something more serious?

I have several sebaceous cysts on my scrotum and want to get them removed without any visible scarring or changes to how it looks. I heard laser treatment might be an option since it's supposed to be seamless, but I'm not sure. Someone mentioned plastic surgery too, but I'm worried about potential sensitivity issues afterward. Can you recommend a doctor in Bangalore who's experienced in this and uses the best equipment for the procedure?

excision of the cystis advised.

I'm 45 and have these big dark spots on my stomach and thighs. They aren't itchy or anything, just plain but really dark, and it seems like they're spreading. What could they be, and how can I get rid of them?

These dark spots could be a condition called dermatosis papulosa nigra, which is common in individuals with skin of color, like yourself. To help reduce the appearance of these spots, you can try using topical retinoids like Adapalene gel in the evening on the affected areas. Additionally, using a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher during the day can help prevent further darkening of the spots. Make sure to apply the medication as directed by your doctor for best results.
