I've been dealing with really itchy rashes and red patches for the last three days and its getting pretty frustrating. I'm using Zovirax tablets and Ocuvir cream, but I'm not sure if they're really helping. Should I be doing anything else, or could this be something more serious?

View allI've been dealing with lichen planus, which appeared on my foot a couple of years ago. Back then, Allegra 180 mg and Halox S ointment worked for me, but now it's flared up on my hands and face. I'm really worriedespecially since it's on my face. Is there any advanced treatment or maybe even surgery that could offer a permanent solution? Also, are there any lifestyle changes I should consider? It's starting to stress out not just me but my whole family. Could really use some advice here.
Lichen planus can be challenging to treat, but there are options available. For the recurrence on your hands and face, you can try using Tacrolimus ointment along with Allegra 180 mg tablets. Tacrolimus ointment can help reduce inflammation and itching on the affected areas. Additionally, you can continue using Halox s ointment for relief. There is no high-end treatment like surgery to permanently cure lichen planus, but lifestyle changes can help manage the condition. Avoiding triggers such as stress, certain medications, and allergens can help prevent flare-ups.

I'm a working woman and I travel every day for my job. Because of this, I've gotten a pretty bad sun tan on my hands. I'm really eager to find a way to remove it as quickly as I can. Could you let me know what steps I should take or any treatments I could try to get rid of the sun tan?

Can you let me know if St Botanica Vitamin C Serum is safe for my skin? I'm thinking of including it in my current skincare routine.
St. Botanica Vitamin C Serum is generally safe to use for the skin. It can be a beneficial addition to your existing skin regime. Vitamin C serums are known for their antioxidant properties, which can help protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. When incorporating this serum into your routine, apply a few drops to clean skin before moisturizing, preferably in the morning. Remember to follow the instructions on the product packaging for the recommended dosage and frequency of use.
