I've been dealing with really painful kidney stones - an 18mm one on the left side and a 3.3mm one on the right. The pain comes and goes but it's pretty intense when it flares up. Is there any way to get relief without having to go through surgery? What would be the best treatment options for stones this size?

You can pick from options like 1. Surgery ( most effective), 2. Extracorporeal short wave lithotripsy ( ESWL) in which there are no cuts involved. Medicines would not be effective except for relieving pain

My right testicle has been slightly raised in the scrotum for the last six months and sometimes there's pain. My erections are normal, and occasionally the testicle feels fine too. I really don't want surgery are there any ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments that could help relieve this?

My 80-year-old grandfather has prostate enlargement and the doctor recommended testicle removal surgery but he also has prostate cancer is this surgery safe for him given his condition?
Testicle removal surgery (orchiectomy) is a form of hormone therapy for prostate cancer and can be used to manage prostate enlargement, but it's not a common treatment for prostate cancer alone. The decision of whether to proceed with the surgery needs to be made based on individual factors, including the severity of prostate enlargement, the stage and aggressiveness of prostate cancer, and the patient's overall health and life expectancy
