I've been dealing with a really red and irritated rash along my mustache line, and it's super dry and itchy. Recently, I also noticed a lump on the right side of my jaw, and I can't figure out why it's there. Plus, my acne seems to be getting worse. I've been using moisturizer and washing my face with 10% benzoyl peroxide, but I've avoided using it in the rashy area for months. I first noticed the dryness and flakiness around the start of the year. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

I've been dealing with pimples that were starting to heal, but it's been really slow. They began to dry up, so I tried applying some moisturizer and rubbed it a bit, thinking it would help. But now it's worse because I rubbed too hard, and my skin started oozing this watery liquid. By the next morning, it developed pus. I went to see a doctor, and they recommended I use T BACT cream. Do you think that'll actually help? I'm kind of worried about what to do next.

Refrain from rubbing or picking at the area to avoid further irritation or damage. Let the skin heal naturally. After the cream has been absorbed, you can apply a gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizer to keep the skin hydrated. This will help prevent further dryness and irritation.T-Bact (Mupirocin) should help treat the infection and promote healing. It's essential to use it as directed by your doctor and avoid further irritation or picking at the skin. If the situation does not improve or worsens, seek follow-up care from your doctor.

I've been losing a lot of hair lately, especially during washes and combing. I think it's partly due to the water in Kolkata since it has a lot of iron. Can you recommend a good shampoo for my situation? Also, I'm dealing with health issues like PCOD and low hemoglobin. I'm currently taking Livogen Z, Follihair tablets, and some Ayurvedic medicines like Kanchanaar Guggul and Triphala Ras for ovarian cysts. How long should I continue with the Follihair and Livogen Z? I've also straightened my hair recently, and I've lost a lot in the front. Really worried about how much hair I'm losing, any advice would be appreciated.

-Use a mild, sulfate-free shampoo with chelating agents to counter iron buildup in the waterlook for ones labeled for "hard water." Continue Follihair and Livogen Z for at least 3-6 months or as advised by your doctor. Avoid frequent heat treatments an

I'm a 35-year-old woman and I'm wondering if Dermadew cream can be used as an anti-aging treatment. Is it safe and does it actually work for that purpose?

Dermadew cream can be a good hydrating moisturizer, but for targeted anti-aging benefits, you might need a cream that contains other proven active ingredients such as retinol, vitamin C, or peptides. Always patch-test a product first and consider consulting a dermatologist
