I've been dealing with a really red and irritated rash along my mustache line, and it's super dry and itchy. Recently, I also noticed a lump on the right side of my jaw, and I can't figure out why it's there. Plus, my acne seems to be getting worse. I've been using moisturizer and washing my face with 10% benzoyl peroxide, but I've avoided using it in the rashy area for months. I first noticed the dryness and flakiness around the start of the year. Any idea what's going on or what I should do?

I'm a bit worried because my serum globulin level came back low at 2.8 in my recent liver function test. The normal range is listed as 3.0-4.8. Everything else in my liver profile seems okay, but I'm experiencing some issues like loss of appetite, flaky skin, dry skin rashes, hair fall, and even dents in my nails. Could the low serum globulin be the cause of these symptoms? I'm really curious about what's going on.
