I've been dealing with this relentless itchiness on my thighs whenever I get into bed at night, and it just won't stop until I somehow fall asleep. There's a rash on one of my thighs, and I'm convinced it's not a bite, since I haven't been bitten elsewhere. It's been going on for a couple of weeks. What could this be? Should I be worried?

View allI'm dealing with this really annoying itching that's been going on since May. At first, it was just itching, but then the spots turned into these reddish round patches. I thought it might be something like ringworm, so I got some ring out ointment from the store, but the itching came back. Sometimes, it gets so bad that it even bleeds a bit. I've been using coconut oil and bathing with Dettol twice a day, but it's not helping much. It's really getting on my nerves. Any idea what could be causing this or how to make it stop?
this looks like a disease called intertrigo, this needs oral and topical antifungal agents, visit dermatologist for appropriate treatment, personal hygiene is most important in such conditions.

I'm really concerned about finding an effective full body fairness treatment. I've tried so many different methods, but the results only last for a few days. Can you suggest something longer-lasting or maybe explain why this keeps happening?
I tried all the way to get the results. Some treatment giving result for some days. For full body fairness treatment, you can consider using a combination of topical creams containing hydroquinone, tretinoin, and corticosteroids. You can use Kojic acid based soap for bathing. Additionally, you can take oral antioxidants like Vitamin C and Vitamin E. It is important to use sunscreen with a high SPF during the day to protect your skin from further damage. Consult a dermatologist for a personalized treatment plan and dosage recommendations.

I've got this lump on my butt cheek, maybe about an inch or so in diameter. Sometimes it swells up, I think because of the heat or something. It's really hard not to try to pop it a bit because it sort of tears when I sit, then it releases some pus and eventually calms down. My English isn't great, but I hope you get what I'm saying. Could you help me understand what's going on here?
