I've been dealing with shortness of breath for a couple of months now, and I constantly feel pain on the right side of my chest. I had a spirometry test and a chest x-ray, but everything came back normal. The doctor mentioned something about hyperreactive airways. What does that mean, and is there anything else I should be worried about or look into?

My wife has had a dry cough for a month now, and it's worse at night when shes trying to sleep. She's also breastfeeding. Her doctor said it might be asthma, even though she doesnt have any trouble breathing, and prescribed budamate 200 with an inhaler. She used the inhaler once but her cough got worse afterward. Is this safe for her, and should she keep using it? I'm really worried about why her cough got worse after just one dose.
Budesonide and Formoterol are generally considered safe for breastfeeding mothers, as only minimal amounts pass into breast milk and After using the inhaler, rinsing helps reduce throat irritation and prevents infections like thrush.

I'm a bit stressed out because I've been managing my bronchial asthma for 20 years using a regular puff of Forair 250 mg from Novacart, and it's worked really well for me. But I just found out they've stopped making it, and I'm starting to feel the symptoms coming back. Do you know of any alternatives I can try?
Budesonide 200 inhaler sos for breathing difficulty is advised to the patient.
