Question

I've been dealing with some dark patches on my inner thighs from a previous fungal infection. The infection itself seems to have cleared up, but these patches haven't faded. I'm a bit worried about why they're still there and if they'll eventually go away on their own. Should I be doing something to help them fade, or do you think this is just part of the healing process? I'm really just looking for some guidance on what to do next.

I've been using HH Lite cream at night, and it's really helped clear up my acne quite a bit. But Ive noticed my face tends to stay red a lot now. Also, whenever I have a night out with alcohol, I seem to break out with acne the next day. I tried taking an LCZ tablet for what I think might be an allergy, and it seems to help, but only to a certain extent. I'm curious about whether there are any side effects from this mix of treatments. Is there an alternative to HH Lite that might not cause redness or react with alcohol?

I'm a bit confused about when exactly I should be using sunscreen. Do I really need to keep reapplying it all day long, even in the evening or at night? Or is it okay to skip it once the sun goes down?
