I've been dealing with some intense itching on my inner thighs, and the skin there is really dark. My thighs do rub against each other, which probably doesn't help. I'm also noticing that the area stays quite moist. I'm curious about how I might be able to lighten the skin and stop the itching. Any advice?

This could be due to various reasons such as skin pigmentation or a mole. Without a physical examination, it is difficult to give a precise diagnosis. However, if it is a pigmentation issue, he can try using a skin lightening cream containing hydroquinone or kojic acid. Apply a thin layer on the affected area once daily. If it is a mole or concerning lesion, he should consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and possible removal.

Can I take Cyfolac Forte and Minonil ER 45 together? A doctor suggested them to me before for my uneven skin tone and pale complexion, but I'm a bit unsure. Could you let me know if they're still good to use for this issue?
Cyfolac Forte and Minonil ER 45 may help improve skin tone and reduce unevenness, as they contain ingredients like vitamin C, zinc, and antioxidants, but consult a dermatologist before taking these supplements, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and ensure they won't interact with any existing medications.
