I've been dealing with some intense itching on my inner thighs, and the skin there is really dark. My thighs do rub against each other, which probably doesn't help. I'm also noticing that the area stays quite moist. I'm curious about how I might be able to lighten the skin and stop the itching. Any advice?

If it is a mole or concerning lesion, he should consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and possible removal.
