I've been dealing with some issues for the past 10 months involving my penis. I'm experiencing symptoms like khaijal, danesu, jankhujli, and a burning sensation after I pee. It's really uncomfortable and I'm not sure what's causing all of this. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I might do about it?

I've been having some trouble with itching and dryness around the pubic area for the last few days. I tried washing with Dettol and used Vaseline petroleum jelly and coconut oil, which helped a bit, but the sides where the panties sit still hurt like they would if they were too tight. The pain has gone down now, but the dryness and a little bit of itching are still there. What should I do to get rid of this?

For relief from itching, dryness, and discomfort in the pubic area, continue maintaining good hygiene, and consider applying a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic moisturizer or a cream containing urea or hyaluronic acid to soothe and lock in moisture; additionally, wear breathable, loose-fitting clothing, avoid tight-fitting panties, and refrain from using harsh soaps or douching, as these can exacerbate dryness and irritation.
