I've been dealing with some red rashes and a bit of a fungal infection near my private areas. I read about using Onabet B cream, but I'm not exactly sure how long I should be applying it. Should I do it for 2 weeks or maybe extend it to 3? Would applying it twice a day be enough? Just want to make sure I'm doing it right to get rid of this quickly. What do you think?

Onabet-B cream is commonly used for fungal infections. For red rashes near the private parts, you should apply Onabet-B cream twice a day for a duration of 2 weeks. If the symptoms do not improve after 2 weeks, you can continue using it for an additional week for a total of 3 weeks.

View allI'm not dealing with dandruff or any itchiness in my hair. I wash my hair with shampoo every three days and use good quality hair oil. I also don't wear caps that could trap any odor. Still, I've noticed that after showering, my hair smells a bit sour for around an hour. I'm puzzled about what's causing it. I don't have any allergies or other symptoms either. What could be going on?
You may be experiencing a mild case of scalp odor. This can sometimes happen due to a buildup of sweat, oil, or bacteria on the scalp. To help improve the smell of your hair, you can try using an anti-dandruff shampoo containing ketoconazole or selenium sulfide. Use it twice a week, leaving it on for 5 minutes before rinsing off. Additionally, you can use a medicated shampoo containing zinc pyrithione or coal tar once a week to help control any scalp odor. Make sure to rinse your hair thoroughly after shampooing. If the issue persists, you may want to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation.

I'm dealing with some black patches around my chin, right below my mouth, and near my nose and lips. They sometimes peel off, leaving dry skin, but right now they're just dark spots. I was told by a dermatologist a year ago that it might be seborrheic melanosis, but the treatment she suggested didn't work, and she mentioned it can't be treated permanently. It had lightened up a bit, but now it's dark again. Is there any way to treat this permanently?
this needs physical examination and appropriate approach, visit dermatologist for the same, do not try to squeeze it or scratch it

I got my nose pierced in February, and now it's March, but my piercing isn't healing well. There's red skin around it, and sometimes a little pus comes out. There's no pain, but there's a small bump, and it just won't heal. I've tried some antibiotics, but nothing's changed. My wedding is coming up soon, and I'm really worried about this. Do you have any advice or solutions for how I can get it to heal faster?
