I've been dealing with some stubborn deep spots on my face left over from acne. I've heard about Episoft AC cream and was wondering if it'd be effective in getting rid of these marks? Or if there are any other solutions you could suggest, that'd be awesome. I'm really looking for something that can help clear my skin up a bit. What do you think?

I've been swimming a lot these past few months, and I'm noticing that my skin has gotten much darker, maybe about three times darker than before. Is this suntan going to be permanent? Besides sunscreens, are there other things I can do to prevent my skin from tanning both before and after I swim? And what are the best ways to get rid of this tan completely?

I've been dealing with scabies in my underarms, and my skin has turned black because of it. This problem seems to keep coming back. What could be causing this recurring issue, and is there any way to treat the darkened skin and prevent the scabies from coming back again?
To treat scabies, you can use Permethrin cream 5%. Apply a thin layer of the cream to your entire body from the neck down and leave it on for 8-14 hours before washing it off. This should be repeated in 7 days. Additionally, you can take an antihistamine like Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to wash all clothes, bedding, and towels in hot water to prevent re-infestation.
