I've been dealing with a sore throat and a mild cold for a couple of days now and thought I should take Cheston Cold Total, which seemed to help a bit. But it's been over two days, and I'm still not feeling 100%. Is there anything else I should consider taking or doing to feel better? Any advice would be appreciated.

View allWe've decided to adopt and need to get a medical fitness certificate for the CARA registration. Were a bit lost and could use some help figuring out where to get this done and what exactly the procedure involves. Could you guide us on this?
You can get a medical fitness certificate for CARA registration from any registered medical practitioner or government hospital. The doctor will conduct a basic physical examination and may request standard tests like blood work or a chest X-ray to confirm your overall health. Simply inform the doctor that the certificate is for adoption purposes under CARA guidelines.

I'm dealing with a cold and a throat infection for the past two days. I'm taking Chestin Cold and Ambroxol cough syrup from my local pharmacy, but my cold hasn't improved and my throat pain is actually worse. Is this normal, or should I go see a doctor?
That could be Pharyngitis, need a course of antibiotics and consume warm foods and also do salt water gargling, visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management

I'm struggling with a mouth ulcer that's been bothering me for three days now. Could you recommend a tablet or something to help with it? I'm really looking for some relief.
I recommend using "Bonjela" gel for mouth ulcers. Apply a small amount directly to the ulcer up to 3 times a day after meals and at bedtime. Additionally, you can take "Ibuprofen" 400mg tablets as needed for pain relief, up to 3 times a day after meals. Make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid spicy or acidic foods to help with healing.
