I've been dealing with a sore throat and a mild cold for a couple of days now and thought I should take Cheston Cold Total, which seemed to help a bit. But it's been over two days, and I'm still not feeling 100%. Is there anything else I should consider taking or doing to feel better? Any advice would be appreciated.

View allI'm just wondering, how many Meftal Forte tablets can I take during COVID? My doctor suggested I take them twice daily for three days along with antibiotics and a PPI. He recommended Meftal Forte instead of Dolo 650, and I don't have any other symptoms except a fever. After those three days, is it okay to take Meftal Forte on an as-needed basis?
yes ,continue all the medications as advised..

My partner tested positive for COVID-19 on January 19th. After isolating for almost 10 days, her test came back negative. Is it safe for us to start living together again and be intimate?
Since your partner tested negative after isolating for 10 days, it is generally safe to resume living together. However, it's important to ensure she's fully recovered and free of any lingering symptoms. If you're still concerned, it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare provider for personalized advice.
