I've been dealing with stomach bloating every morning and night, especially around meal times, and it's also giving me really bad backaches. It's so bad that I need extra back support just to sit. I've tried antacids and things like Pan40, Pudin Hara, and Digene, but they only help for a little while. This has been going on for over two years, and it's been getting worse in the last few months. What could be causing this, and what else can I try for more lasting relief?

Night falls or sex dreams can be distressing. To address this issue, consider the following steps:
Consult a urologist or a sexologist to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Practice relaxation techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing, to reduce stress and anxiety. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep. Consider counseling or therapy to address any underlying psychological factors contributing to your symptoms.

View allI'm noticing that I've been producing a lot more saliva recently, and I'm not sure why this is happening. I also tend to drink a lot of water throughout the day. Could these be related, or should I be concerned about something else going on with my health?
Excessive saliva production, also known as hypersalivation or sialorrhea, can be caused by various factors, including drinking excessive water, which can stimulate saliva production; other possible reasons include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), oral infections, hormonal changes, anxiety, or certain medications; consider consulting a dentist or an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist to rule out any underlying conditions and discuss ways to manage excessive saliva production.

I've been having this really uncomfortable tightness in my stomach for the last couple of days. It's starting to worry me, and I'm not really sure what might help ease the pain. Could you recommend some medicine or something that might help with this stomach issue?

I'm really concerned right now because I've been experiencing this tightness in my chest, and it feels like something is stuck in my throat. It's making it really difficult for me to sleep. My dad gave me a pantop tablet yesterday, and now my throat feels clear, and my chest is okayish, but there's still this uneasy feeling in my chest with a very slight pain. Last month, I dealt with a cold and cough with white phlegm for about 20 days, but that's gone now. With everything going on with COVID-19, I'm scared to visit a hospital. Do you think I should be taking any other medication, or is there anything else you can suggest?
