I've been dealing with stomach bloating every morning and night, especially around meal times, and it's also giving me really bad backaches. It's so bad that I need extra back support just to sit. I've tried antacids and things like Pan40, Pudin Hara, and Digene, but they only help for a little while. This has been going on for over two years, and it's been getting worse in the last few months. What could be causing this, and what else can I try for more lasting relief?

Night falls or sex dreams can be distressing. To address this issue, consider the following steps:

Consult a urologist or a sexologist to rule out any underlying medical conditions. Practice relaxation techniques, such as meditation or deep breathing, to reduce stress and anxiety. Maintain a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate sleep. Consider counseling or therapy to address any underlying psychological factors contributing to your symptoms.

I'm really worried because for the past 8 months I've had this burning feeling in my throat. It always feels tight, like something's stuck in there. It's pretty uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this, and should I be concerned? What could be causing these sensations?

Water in the ear can be uncomfortable. Since ear wax drops aren't providing relief, try: - Ear drying drops (e.g., Otoferm) to help evaporate water - Tilt your head to the side and gently pull on the outer ear to help water drain - Use a warm compress or dry towel to help relieve pain and fullness If symptoms persist or worsen, consult an ENT specialist to rule out: - Ear infection - Eardrum damage - Blockage Avoid using cotton swabs (Q-tips) to avoid pushing water further into the ear.

I've been having some issues with my stomach after eating mangoes, and it's been giving me loose motions. I took a roko tablet, but my stomach still hurts. What should I do?

It seems like you might be experiencing digestive discomfort or a mild intolerance to mangoes, which could be causing loose motions. I recommend staying hydrated and avoiding mangoes for now. If the pain persists or worsens, it may be a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider for a more thorough evaluation.
