I've been dealing with a stubborn sinus issue for a while now and really want to avoid surgery if possible. Are there any effective medicines or treatments that could help clear this up without going under the knife? I keep hearing mixed advice about whether meds actually work long-term for sinus problems

What is sinus and what happens when someone has it? I keep getting colds from going out in cold air or sitting under AC could this be sinus? If I get sinus surgery, will it completely go away? Does that mean I won't catch colds as easily from cold air or AC, or will I still get them like a normal person?

my hearing has been really muffled lately and i think it might be glue ear ive heard about grommet surgery but im not sure if i need it or if theres other options i should try first
If you suspect glue ear and are concerned about muffled hearing, it's best to consult a doctor or audiologist. While grommet surgery (myringotomy with grommet insertion) can be a solution for persistent glue ear, it's not always the first step. Other options include observation, medications (like antibiotics or decongestants), and temporary use of hearing aids.
