I've been dealing with TB for about 4 months now and taking meds for it. My recent CT scan showed some fibrotic changes in my lungs, and I occasionally feel chest pain and some inflammation. Should I be worried about this or do you think it'll improve on its own? I'm also preparing for a civil services exam and they check lung function in the medical test, so I'm a bit anxious about it possibly affecting my results. What should I do?

View allI'm a bit confused about my recent test results and could use some advice. My spirometry report came back normal, but my FeNO level is around 35. I'm not sure what this could mean. Could it be a sign of asthma or allergies, or maybe something else? Also, my SPO2 level is consistently at 98. Would love to get a better understanding of all this.
this test indicates the amount of nitric oxide exhaled, which is used to diagnose asthma. since your feno value is increased it might be asthma, but not a confirmatory test

I'm looking over the HRCT report and noticed that my SpO2 levels are fluctuating. They usually stay above 90, but I'm concerned about why there's any fluctuation at all. Can you help explain what might be causing this?
unfortunately i couldn't see any of your hrct report attached. SPO2 is fluctuating , keep the pulse oximeter for 2 minutes and then record it

I've been dealing with some troubling symptoms and could really use some advice. Earlier this year, I had issues with waking up in the morning and coughing up blood. It was mostly when I got up and would spit, but the rest of the day seemed fine. I also noticed palpitations, chest pain, and shortness of breath, which would often go away with burping. After getting some advice from my doctor and having some tests done, which all came back normal, that bloody sputum stopped after about a month and a half. However, over the past few days, those symptoms have returned, along with a lot of burping. This morning, I once again coughed up blood and now have a slight sore throat. Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
