I've been dealing with terminal neuralgia for over 10 years and take 200-300mg of Medicine 56 daily, sometimes up to 8 pills if the pain gets unbearable. My doctor says brain surgery is the only option, but it's too risky. Are there any ayurvedic or homeopathic treatments that could help with this condition?

I've been experiencing these weird sensations, like tingling or something crawling on my chest and abdomen. This all started after I injured my upper lower back and hip about 8 years ago during a stunt. Since then, I've had constant issues with pain in my lower and upper back, shoulders, and even my biceps. I'm really worried about my mom. She's got sciatica, and the pain was just unbearable this morning, so she went to see a doctor. He gave her Pregabalin and Mecobalamin capsules to take. I totally get that the doctor knows his stuff, but I'm just a bit concerned since she also has high blood pressure. Are these capsules safe for her to take? My wife has been dealing with headaches for the past 3 years, and over the last 45 months, they've gotten really severe. An MRI scan showed she has an arachnoid cyst.
