I've been dealing with these analrectal cuts and itching for almost a week now, and I think it's anal fissures. I'm using T Bact and Fucidin H cream, which seems to help, but the cuts keep spreading. Even after they heal, my skin still feels itchy and irritated. I'm trying to figure out why I'm getting these anal cuts so often, especially since there hasn't been any anal intercourse to stress the area. What should I do?

You may be experiencing recurrent anal fissures, which can be quite uncomfortable. The use of topical ointments like T Bact and Fucidin H cream can help with healing, but it's important to address the underlying cause to prevent recurrence. To help prevent anal fissures and promote healing, I recommend the following: - Keep the anal area clean and dry - Increase your fiber intake to soften stools and make bowel movements easier - Stay well-hydrated - Avoid straining during bowel movements - Consider using a stool softener if needed - Sitz baths can help soothe the area and promote healing In addition, you may benefit from using a topical ointment like Rectogesic (glyceryl trinitrate) to help relax the anal sphincter and promote healing of the fissures. If these measures do not provide relief or if the fissures continue to recur, I recommend consulting with a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management.

Chest pain while eating or drinking can be caused by acid reflux, esophageal spasm, gastritis, or swallowing disorders; to alleviate symptoms, try remedies like avoiding trigger foods, eating smaller meals, avoiding lying down after eating, elevating the head of your bed, taking antacids or acid reducers, and sipping warm water or ginger te

I'm feeling quite worried about a few things. I recently had a general check-up, and they found my gall bladder to be moderately distended but without any calculi or wall thickening. What concerns me is my bloating, indigestion, and irregular bowel movements. The ultrasound mentioned fatty liver grade 1 too, and that has me even more concerned. I've also been experiencing daily stomach cramps, along with back and leg cramps. I've tried a lot of tablets for these issues and even had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done - both were normal. All other tests like my CBC, LFT, and RFT came back normal too. Can you help me understand what might be going on?
A moderately distended gallbladder without calculi or wall thickening is often a benign finding, but given your symptoms of bloating, indigestion, stomach cramps, back pains, and leg cramps, it's understandable that you're concerned; the fatty liver grade 1 is a common condition, often related to diet and lifestyle; consider discussing the following with your doctor: dietary changes to manage fatty liver, potential gallbladder function tests (e.g., HIDA scan), and further evaluation of your symptoms to rule out other underlying conditions.
