I've been dealing with these bumps on the back of my tongue for the past 20 days. Sometimes my ear starts to hurt too, and I feel discomfort kind of at the back of my teeth. Do you think these symptoms are connected, and should I be worried about them? Could this be something serious?

My uvula is looking really red and I can see a lot of veins on it. There's also a small sore on the side. I don't have a fever, but it feels really dry and uncomfortable in the mornings. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it?
