I've been dealing with these dark marks on my forehead and nose after I couldn't resist pinching some pimples. It's really frustrating and I'm worried about how to get rid of them. What should I do to help fade these black spots?

View allI'm 29 and dealing with baldness, and I'm considering hair transplantation. I don't know much about the process, though. Could you tell me about any side effects or other important details I should be aware of?
Hair transplant may not be the immediate or only solution for you. Consider medical treatments like minoxidil, finasteride, or PRP first, as they can slow or even reverse hair loss. You are too young for a transplant, but its usually best to wait until your hair loss pattern is more stable.

I'm using Clindac A for my acne treatment and the Episoft sunscreen. I'm wondering if I can start using the Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser on my face, or is there another face wash youd recommend? I'm a bit unsure about what's best for my skin while on this treatment. Any advice?
Yes you can use cetaphil cleanser or sebamed ,they help in maintaining healthy skin.

Can using the same towel and soap as someone with a genital herpes outbreak cause it to spread? I'm feeling anxious about it and would love some clarity.
