I've been dealing with these dark marks on my forehead and nose after I couldn't resist pinching some pimples. It's really frustrating and I'm worried about how to get rid of them. What should I do to help fade these black spots?

I've developed this red rash and some small bumps on my arm after donating plasma yesterday. Now its starting to spread to my face and ears, possibly because I've been touching it.
