I've been dealing with these Fordyce Spots on my penis for what feels like forever, about 34 years. I've just never really known what to do about them. Is there any way to get rid of them, or should I just let them be?

I'm dealing with this jock itch, also known as daad, and it's really bothering me. I've attached some pics for you to see. I've tried using Ring Gard Aloe Vera cream and even Nycil, but nothing seems to help. Could you let me know what this is and what I should do about it?

I'm noticing some hypopigmentation on the lower half of my nipple and areola, particularly on the right side. It's definitely more noticeable there compared to the left side. Should I be worried about this change in color, or is it something normal that happens sometimes? What might cause this kind of change, and do I need to see a doctor about it?
