I've been dealing with these lichen planus spots for about 8 months now, and they just don't seem to be fading. They're primarily on my ankles and inner arms. Do these marks ever really go away?

View allI'm worried because whenever I masturbate, I start getting acne on my face. Is there any treatment or medicine that can help with acne so I don't have to stop enjoying my sex life? I'm thinking of quitting masturbation for now, but I'm hoping there's another solution. What can I do?
Acne can be managed with topical treatments such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. You can also consider using oral medications like doxycycline or isotretinoin under the guidance of a healthcare professional. Additionally, maintaining good hygiene, avoiding oily skincare products, and following a healthy diet can also help improve acne. Remember to consult a healthcare provider for proper evaluation and treatment.

I'm 18 and have been using Skin Light for a year now, but I've noticed I've got dark circles, and my cheekbone area seems a lot darker than before. It's really worrying me because I want to feel fair and beautiful again. I've been thinking about my future and how this could affect me. Can you suggest any cream that could help with this? Maybe something like Dr. Reddy's Venusia cream? I'd appreciate any advice you could offer!

Im really concerned about my hair and scalp. I've been struggling with this intense itchiness and there are bumps on my scalp. Its so embarrassing because people give me disgusted looks whenever I'm out. Ive seen two different doctors, and they say they can't see anything, but clearly something is going on. There seems to be something on my hair and body that looks like dust particles when I brush my hair. What could this be? Could you please help me understand whats happening?
