I've been dealing with these persistent acne bumps on my nose since I was 21, and I'm 28 now. Some of them have turned into these stubborn, bumpy scars that make my nose feel rough. They seem pretty hard too. What could be causing this, and is there anything I can do to smooth out these scars?

View allI've been dealing with molluscum contagiosum and tried using Retino-A ointment, but it doesn't seem to be working. I really don't want to go the surgical route are there any other effective treatments to get rid of molluscum?

Ive usually been lucky with my skin and hardly ever get pimples, but when I do, they disappear in about 4-5 days. However, about 10 days ago, I got a pimple with pus on my right cheek, and its only gotten bigger and worse over time. I tried all sorts of things like ice, aloe vera, and even benzoyl gel, but nothing worked. I used tretinoin for a night, then tried putting white toothpaste on it for an hour and a half last night. It stung, so I thought it was working, but this morning I woke up with a smaller pimple and a huge dark brown spot that looks like a burn. Im worried itll scar because I work in entertainment and really want it gone asap. Im using aloe vera now to calm it down, but Im not sure what else I should do. Should I try a different cream or an ointment to help with the burn? Would love some advice!

I'm feeling this persistent heat on my face, and it's making my eyes feel really irritated and burning. I already saw a doctor, and he suggested I do some blood and urine tests. All my test results came back normal, so the doctor said there's nothing wrong and I shouldn't worry about it. But the thing is, I still feel this heat on my face. I'm not sure what's going on or what I should do next. Any advice?
