I've been dealing with these pus-filled bumps on my upper lip for the past two years. They just keep getting bigger, even when I pop them. They don't look like cold sores or regular pimples, but some do have blackheads. It's concerning because they never go away. What can I do to get rid of them permanently?

It sounds like you may be dealing with a condition called recurrent folliculitis. To treat this, you can try using a topical antibiotic cream like Mupirocin twice daily on the affected areas. In addition, an oral antibiotic like Doxycycline can be prescribed to help clear up the infection. It's important to maintain good hygiene, avoid picking or popping the bumps, and follow up with a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've been prescribed Tacroz Forte for my vitiligo, and I have patches on my genitals and forehead. I'm wondering if I should get sun exposure after applying Tacroz Forte ointment on my face. If so, how long should I be in the sun and is there a best time for this? Also, can I apply it on my lips? I was also given Clonate, so I'm unsure which one to use on my lips. Could you clarify this for me?

After applying Tacroz Forte Ointment on your face, it is recommended to avoid prolonged sun exposure. If you need to be in the sun, it is advisable to apply sunscreen with a high SPF. There is no specific time duration mentioned, but it is generally recommended to limit sun exposure and apply sunscreen regularly. Tacroz Forte Ointment should not be applied on the lips. For the lips, you can use Clonate cream as directed by your doctor. Clonate cream is suitable for application on the lips to treat any affected areas.

I've been dealing with a fungal infection on my inner thighs for the past four months. I've tried using candid cream, but I haven't noticed any improvement. Is there something else I should try, or do I need to see a doctor in person about this? I'm kind of worried it might get worse.

Consider consulting a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment, as persistent fungal infections may require oral antifungals, topical creams like clotrimazole or terbinafine, or other treatments, and make sure to keep the affected area clean, dry, and well-ventilated.
