I've been dealing with these rashes on my buttocks, and they keep coming and going every couple of days. It's really frustrating! I'm not sure what's causing it or how to stop it. Do you have any treatment suggestions or ideas on what might be going on?

View allI've been using Melacare for over a year now, but only occasionally and I haven't noticed any side effects. Should I stop using the cream altogether, or is it okay to continue this way?
continue same treatment.

I'm a bit confused about how to take Acivir 400 mg for these active lesions on my penis, as I've been diagnosed with HSV-2. My test results show my IGG and IGM are both at 183, while HSV-1 and HIV came back negative. The instructions were to take the medication three times a day for seven days, but I'm unsure if I should swallow the tablet with water or if it needs to be dissolved first. I wasn't able to ask the doctor who prescribed it and could really use some guidance. Any advice on this?
You should take the tablet orally with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet before swallowing. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and duration of treatment to effectively counter the virus and decrease the lesions.
