I've been dealing with these ringworms on my inner thighs, and they're really starting to bother me. They've been itching a lot, but since I started using itch guard a couple of days ago, that's gotten a bit better. But I'm worried because the skin's getting darker, and the ringworms seem to be spreading. Could you help me figure out what to do about this?

View allI've noticed some white hairs appearing in my beard and I'm a bit worried about it happening at this age. Are there any treatments or products out there that could help with this? Should I be looking into medicines or maybe some kind of lotion? Would love some advice on what I can do to get it back to how it was.

I'm really struggling with alopecia, and it feels like its taken over my life and happiness. It all began when I was in 6th grade, and within a year, the hair loss spread all over my body. Because of this, I haven't been able to go out or even attend school. What should I do? Can you offer any advice?

I'm really worried about my hair fall recently. Is there something you can recommend for this? A friend mentioned BBM Liner with calcium pantothenate, biotin, and N-Acetyl cystine, but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Do you have any other suggestions?
For hair fall, you can try taking a combination of Biotin, Calcium Pantothenate, and N-Acetyl Cysteine. You can look for a brand like "Hairbless Tablet" which contains these ingredients. The usual dosage is one tablet daily after a meal.
