I've been dealing with these ringworms on my inner thighs, and they're really starting to bother me. They've been itching a lot, but since I started using itch guard a couple of days ago, that's gotten a bit better. But I'm worried because the skin's getting darker, and the ringworms seem to be spreading. Could you help me figure out what to do about this?

I'm really worried because since last night the glans of my penis has become swollen, and now the foreskin can't cover it. It's like the swollen part is sticking out past the foreskin. The sensitivity is intense and it's painful whenever I touch it. How long should I expect this swelling to last?
Surgeon opinion.

I'm noticing a thin black line on the nail of my right thumb, and it seems to be permanent. It's been there for a while, grows with the nail, and isn't just a stain or mark that can be washed off. I recently came across some information online suggesting it might be a sign of melanoma, which is a bit worrying. I'm aware that online info can sometimes be exaggerated, but I want to be sure there's nothing serious going on. Could this be a cause for concern?
Probable diagnosis is psoriasis, eczema, hypothyroidism, injury, rheumatoid arhritis, melanonychia,Hiv,cancer and anemia etc. vit b12 deficiency .Most causes of black lines do not require treatment..Melanoma is a exception.Treatment of the underlying cause .
