I'm dealing with a lot of discomfort because I chewed a pudin hara tablet without water, and now my throat feels really irritated and swollen. Swallowing water has become quite difficult. What should I do to get some relief from this? Can you help?

Hey, I'm experiencing this heavy pain on the right side of my epiglottis. Theres no fever or cold and I can talk and eat fine, but turning my neck to the right really hurts. Any idea what might be going on?
