Water in the ear can be uncomfortable.

Since ear wax drops aren't providing relief, try:

- Ear drying drops (e.g., Otoferm) to help evaporate water
- Tilt your head to the side and gently pull on the outer ear to help water drain
- Use a warm compress or dry towel to help relieve pain and fullness

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult an ENT specialist to rule out:

- Ear infection
- Eardrum damage
- Blockage

Avoid using cotton swabs (Q-tips) to avoid pushing water further into the ear.
