I've been dealing with a throat infection and I'm on mahacef 200. It's helping, but I'm still having a lot of sneezing and a runny nose. I tried cetrizine, but it's not really working for me. Is it okay to take cheston cold along with mahacef 200?

I've been dealing with this dry cough and random discomfort all over, like in my chest, pelvis, and abdomen. These discomforts just appear and disappear, and they don't usually last long, except for my chest, which lingered on two occasions. Also, I've been feeling this slight ache in my shoulder and lower back for about a month now. Just wondering what's going on with my body? Should I be worried, or is there something I should do to make it stop?

I'm really worried about my wife. She's running a fever, and her temperature is at 99.9. I wanted to check if it's okay to give her NICIP PLUS. What do you think?

NICIP PLUS is a combination medication containing Paracetamol, Nimesulide, and Serratiopeptidase. It is commonly used for fever and pain relief. However, it is important to note that Nimesulide is not recommended in many countries due to its potential side effects on the liver. For fever relief, you can consider giving her PARACETAMOL 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed. Make sure to keep her well-hydrated and monitor her temperature regularly. If the fever persists or worsens, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
