I've been dealing with a throat infection for over a year now and it's really bothering me. Every time I eat something cold or sweet, my throat starts hurting. I had sinus surgery a year ago could that be related to this ongoing issue? What could be causing this persistent throat pain?

Your prescription supports the need for leave, but a full medical certificate with diagnosis, advised rest, and duration helps smooth HR processing.

View allMy tonsils have been swollen for almost 3 weeks now and nothing from allopathy seems to help. Doctors are suggesting surgery but I'm not sure if that's the only option left. What else can I try before going for surgery?
Tonsillitis generally lasts around a week. However, when it lasts longer than 14 days, it's considered chronic tonsillitis. Chronic tonsillitis may lead to other conditions that need additional treatment. If you have recurring bouts of tonsillitis, you may need to have your tonsils surgically removed.

I'm dealing with a dry nose and mouth after recovering from Covid-19. I'm drinking about 3 liters of water every day, but the issue still persists, especially at night. I'm also taking a 0.5 mg anxit tablet for anxiety. What else can I do to get some relief?
In addition to staying hydrated, you can try using a saline nasal spray for your dry nose. Also, consider using a humidifier in your room at night to help with the dryness. If the symptoms persist, you can consult with your doctor about using a medication like pilocarpine (Salagen) to stimulate saliva production.
