I've been dealing with a throat infection for over a year now and it's really bothering me. Every time I eat something cold or sweet, my throat starts hurting. I had sinus surgery a year ago could that be related to this ongoing issue? What could be causing this persistent throat pain?

I feel like there's this big lump of mucus that's stuck between my nose and throat, and it's really annoying and making me feel short of breath. I've tried swallowing a bunch of times, but it just won't budge. With everything going on with COVID, I can't really see a doctor in person. Is there anything I can do to make this go away? It's been like this for three days, and I don't have any other symptoms. I'm not sure what's going on. Any ideas?

I'm a bit worried because my ear started hurting yesterday and it feels swollen and painful inside. I've had ear infections before, but this doesn't feel like thatit just feels swollen. I tried to take a video, and it looks like there's something white in my ear. Could this be an infection or something else? Should I be concerned?
That could be ear effusion, visit ENT docotor for evaluation and appropriate treatment, and practice valsalva for better relief.
