I've been dealing with a throat infection for over a year now and it's really bothering me. Every time I eat something cold or sweet, my throat starts hurting. I had sinus surgery a year ago could that be related to this ongoing issue? What could be causing this persistent throat pain?

I've been having this really uncomfortable chest tightness and trouble with breathing. My cardiologist didn't find any heart issues, but I'm also dealing with this weird nasal stuffiness and a heavy feeling from the top of my nose towards the back of my head. I was diagnosed with an antrochoanal polyp after a CT scan and my doctor recommended surgery. I'm okay with surgery but I'm curious to know if my polyp is considered big or small since I don't have facial pain and only one nostril is 40% blocked while the other is fine.
