I've been dealing with tonsillitis and I've got these white patches in my throat. I've tried taking Novamax 500 for a couple of nights, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Should I stop using it and try something else like Azithromycin Azithral 500 for the next three days? Or would Augmentin 625 Duo be a better option? I'm trying to figure out which one would work best for treating tonsillitis.

Fertisure M is a supplement designed to support male fertility, particularly sperm motility. However, individual results may vary, and the effectiveness of Fertisure M depends on several factors, including:
- Underlying causes of low motility: If the low motility is due to an underlying medical condition, Fertisure M may not be enough to completely resolve the issue.
- Dosage and compliance: Ensure your husband takes the supplement as directed by the doctor.
- Combination with other treatments: Fertisure M might be prescribed in conjunction with other treatments or lifestyle changes.
Typically, supplements like Fertisure M may take around 3-6 months to show noticeable improvements in sperm motility. However, this timeframe can vary significantly from person to person.
Monitoring progress:
Regular semen analysis tests (every 2-3 months) can help track changes in sperm motility. This will enable your husband's doctor to assess the effectiveness of Fertisure M and make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan.

I heard the nose and ears keep growing throughout life. During my rhinoplasty, the surgeon cut and repositioned the bottom of my nose now the tip bends downward and sticks out more than before. Will it grow back to normal over time, or will it keep drooping further forward? It's been bothering me so much that I've even started washing my nose constantly, like I do with my hands and lips after eating. Another doctor helped restore my breathing and smell any insight on this?
The myth that the nose continues to grow throughout life is false. While the nose can change shape and size due to aging and gravity, these changes are not related to growth. The drooping nose tip after rhinoplasty is more likely due to swelling, cartilage remodeling, or surgical complications, rather than continued growth. If you are experiencing significant discomfort or changes in the nose shape, it's crucial to discuss these with your surgeon or a specialist.
