I've been dealing with a urine infection since this morning. I'm not experiencing much itching or pain, but I feel a constant pressure to pee frequently. There's no intense pain or burning, just a slight burning sensation for a couple of seconds when I actually pass urine. I've been drinking a lot of liquids to help with this. Can you suggest any medicine or remedies since I can't find a doctor nearby right now?

It sounds like a mild urinary tract infection. Continue drinking plenty of water, as this helps flush out bacteria. If symptoms persist or worsen, take a urinary alkalizer like potassium citrate sachets (e.g., Cital) to ease burning. Seek medical advice soon for a proper antibiotic if needed. Rest well!

I've been told I have a left varicocele grade 2 or 3 with some mild reflux. My sperm count and motility are low too. What treatment options are available for this? I'm really curious which one might be the best for me, and if it could help improve my sperm count and motility.

Left varicocele grade 2 or 3 with mild reflux, low sperm count, and low motility can be treated with medication or surgery. The best treatment for varicocele with low sperm count and motility is typically surgical repair of the varicocele, known as varicocelectomy. This procedure can improve sperm count and motility by reducing testicular temperature and improving blood flow to the testes. Medication options include pain relief medications such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen. However, for low sperm count and motility, medications like Clomiphene or Letrozole can be prescribed to help increase sperm production. Additionally, antioxidants like Coenzyme Q10 or Vitamin E may also be recommended to improve sperm quality. It is important to consult with a urologist to determine the most suitable treatment option for your specific case.

I'm 29 and I've been married for a year, but we still haven't had a child. I found out that my sperm count is low at 11 million. The doctor suggested taking Productive M tabs for three months, but I'm also thinking about not having sex for a while to see if that helps store up my sperm. How long do you think it might take for my sperm count to get back to a normal range? I really want to help my wife get pregnantany advice would be appreciated.

.you should abstain yourself from sexual intercourse for giving sample of semen.. Take the medicine for prescribed period... Productiv-M tablet is used to treat male infertility. It is an evidence based combination which has shown 53% success rate in male infertility
