I've been dealing with varicose veins for a while and wondering if surgery is expensive. Should I see a dermatology surgeon or just a general physician for this issue? I'm not sure who's the right specialist to consult.

I'm 23 and have varicose veins but no symptoms at all can I just wear compression stockings forever to avoid surgery or do I need to do something else
While compression stockings can help manage varicose vein symptoms like pain and swelling, they won't eliminate the veins themselves. If you have no symptoms, wearing compression stockings may be a good preventative measure but not a complete solution. Ultimately, your decision to wear stockings long-term or pursue other treatments should be made in consultation with a doctor, considering your individual case and preferences.
