I've been dealing with this weird stomach pain that kinda comes and goes since yesterday. It's like it'll hurt for a bit, stop, and then start again later. I already tried taking Pudhin Hara twice, but honestly, it didn't seem to help. What could be going on, and should I try something else or see a doctor?

Since the pain has been persisting for a day or more, its important to keep track of your symptoms. If the pain continues or is accompanied by other troubling symptoms (like nausea, vomiting, or fever), its best to see a healthcare provider for a proper diagnosis. They can help identify the cause of your stomach pain and recommend the appropriate treatment.

I'm really worried about my wife's health. She's been dealing with these severe bleeding hemorrhoids for over three years now, but in the last week, the bleeding has been really bad. It's a tough situation because we can't opt for surgery right now with our baby being just four months old. We're planning to have the surgery in May when our older son has his school break. Until then, do you have any advice on how we can manage or stop the bleeding? Were really concerned about the amount of blood she's losing.

Yes you can opt for conservative management as well, visit surgeon for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm dealing with a lot of phlegm in my throat and lungs, which is making me cough a lot. I recently had laser fissurectomy and haemorrhoidopexy, and I'm already taking a lot of antibiotics. Every time I cough, it hurts, especially near the surgery area. I've been using Syp. Ascoril LS, 5ml three times a day for the past three days, and while it's helped a bit, I'm not completely better yet. Do you have any suggestions for a syrup that can help clear the phlegm and ease the cough without causing more pain?

Tab tusq for 3 days and continue the syrup
