I've been dealing with this wound on my left knee for about a week now, and it's really frustrating. I can't put any weight on it without needing some support. I've tried using cipladine and betadine, but the pus just won't go away. Do you have any suggestions on what might work better?

I'm 25 and dealing with Pott's spine. I've been on AKT treatment for the past 7 months and recent MRIs show the pus is going down. I did an LFT test and noticed that my alkaline phosphatase is a bit high at 126, while the normal range is 46 to 116. Everything else looks okay. Should I be worried about this? What other medications can I take to help with the side effects of AKT? A friend of mine mentioned trying LIVRITE for 15 days and Bendon while continuing AKT. What do you think I should do?
