Can any doctor tell me what are the treatment methods for the gap in the bones of the knee? Or can the gap between the knee bones be filled by wearing a knee cap regularly? What are the benefits of wearing knee caps in a knee bone gap situation?

My left collar bone sticks out way more than the right one, and my shoulders look uneven with the left one sitting higher. From the back, my posture seems tilted to the right, and I get pain on the right side of my back when I stand for too long. Can this be fixed with surgery or exercises to make my posture symmetrical? Are there any long-term side effects if I don't get it treated?

Postural asymmetry may improve with physiotherapy, core strengthening, and ergonomic correction. Surgery is considered only in severe structural deformities.

Had ACL surgery in January and can walk fine now, but when I try to brisk walk, my knee feels like it's giving out. There's still swelling, and I can't bend it past 120 degrees. Sometimes I get sudden pain that reminds me of the injury. Going downstairs is tough even though I can manage upstairs. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Post-ACL symptoms suggest incomplete recovery or complications—repeat evaluation and guided rehab are recommended.

My calf size has shrunk by 4.7 cm in diameter and feels less rigid after my ACL surgery where they used a hamstring autograft SGT. It's been 25 days, and my operated leg still looks thinner and weaker with some swelling is this normal? They also did a partial meniscectomy on the medial side should I be worried about early osteoarthritis?

Calf muscle atrophy 25‚ÄØdays post-ACL/MCL hamstring graft is normal;continued physiotherapy and compression help, with early osteoarthritis unlikely immediately.
