Just had surgery yesterday and I'm feeling okay but wanted to know if it's safe to play games on my PC now or if that could cause any issues with recovery

I had an accident yesterday where my knee gave out while walking. The hospital did an MRI and the report shows a near full thickness tear in my anterior cruciate ligament. Should I consider surgery or can physiotherapy help heal it? I've attached the MRI report for reference.
ACL repair and reconstruction .ortho opinion is advised.
