I've been diabetic and recently noticed my left testis is enlarged but there's no pain. The ultrasound showed moderate fluid collection in the left scrotum. Can this be treated with medication or will I need surgery?

It seems that Dr. Jitendriya Biswal has recommended Suhagra 50 for your condition. I would suggest visiting your healthcare provider to have the prescription officially issued. It's important to ensure the medication is appropriate for your specific needs and that the dosage is correct.

I'm a bit worried about whether my prostate gland might be enlarged. Is there a way to tell without getting any medical tests done? Also, I'm curious about its positionis it on the right or left side when we're talking about male organs?

I'm a bit concerned because my penis is about 9.5 cm when erect and the girth isn't much either. It kind of feels like it's below average and I haven't really noticed any growth since puberty. But, my testes seem to be fine in size. I've got enough pubic hair and a good amount of body and chest hair. My sexual urges are normal so I don't think I have a testosterone deficiency. Can you suggest ways to increase my penis size?
