I've been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency a few times now, and I'm taking supplements for it. Is there any chance that homeopathy could help treat this deficiency too?

I'm really worried about this lump I've got between my neck and jaw. It's been there for a while, and I've noticed that my weight has dropped to 67 kg.
