I've been diagnosed with blockages in my LM and RCA arteries and my angiography report shows the details. I also have diabetes for the last 18 years. Should I go for angioplasty or bypass surgery? What would be the better option for my condition?

I've been on Telmasartan 40 mg for 4 days now, and ever since, I've felt super tired and just too weak to do anything. My stomachs been feeling a bit bloated too. I've had high blood pressure and pulse for a while, like for over a year now, but Ive only been on medication for about 12 months. I'm starting to wonder if my body and heart got so used to the high blood pressure that they cant handle what's supposed to be normal. Should I stop the meds and just let my body deal with the high blood pressure, or should I stick with Telma and try to manage these side effects?

I'm having this left side chest pain that's been bothering me. I visited a cardiologist, had an echo and ECG done, and everything came back normal. Even my chest X-ray showed no issues. But the pain's still there, and it sometimes gets worse when I walk a long distance. I don't have a cough or any breathing problems. I do have bronchitis asthma, but I'm not experiencing any symptoms from that right now. What could be causing this? It's really concerning. Can you help me figure it out?
