I've been diagnosed with a complex ovarian cyst measuring 8.3 cm by 4.3 cm and was told I need surgery but I really don't want to go through with it are there any medicine options that could help treat this instead

View allI'm really concerned because my girlfriend is a virgin, and when we tried to have sex yesterday, I could only insert about 14 centimeters before something seemed to be blocking it. Gently moving further was painful for her, and it felt like something was obstructing. What could this be? Can you help us understand what's going on and what we should do?

I've had a right adnexal cyst since 2021, and the size keeps changing it was 86x54x40 mm in August 2021, then 71x39x53 mm in September, 72x42x55 mm in October, and 59x45x71 mm in November. By September 2022, it grew to 103x70x52 mm and now extends into the POD. Should I try medicine first or go for surgery? If surgery is needed, would it be open or laparoscopic? Also, what's the approximate cost for this treatment?
surgery opinion is advised to the patient.
