Recently, I came across something called IME9 TABLETS on TV, which is described as an Ayurvedic wonder drug for diabetes and is supposedly approved by the government of India. Is this a legitimate medicine? Has it really been proven to help control blood glucose levels? And most importantly, is it safe to use? What's the deal with this?
