I've been diagnosed with grade 3 varicocele and I'm really confused about treatment options surgery, ayurvedic, or homeopathic. Which one actually works best? I'm pretty scared because I don't know if this condition is dangerous or what to expect

Surgery is most effective for grade 3 varicocele; ayurveda/homeopathy may relieve mild symptoms but not curative.

View allI'm feeling a bit concerned because I've developed multiple cysts on my left epididymis again. They were removed about three years ago, but now I can feel them coming back, and one of them is quite big, around 3cm by 2cm. It's not really painful, but there's definitely some discomfort. Should I be worried about these recurring epididymal cysts, and what might be causing them to grow back?

I've been masturbating about two or three times a week, and I'm worried if this could lead to impotency. I feel like my penis isn't as big as it was when I was 18, especially when it's flaccid. I can see nerves on it and also on the back of my hands. Does this mean Im getting weaker or is it normal? Am I doing it too often? Could this increase my risk of diabetes, because my mom has it?
Diabetes occur through hereditary also but not all the cases, and masturbation does not lead to impotent

my 2 year old son has a tight foreskin that balloons when he pees and the doctor recommended circumcision but I'm really hoping there's another option besides surgery is there any alternative treatment we can try first
For your 2-year-old’s tight foreskin, many cases improve with gentle stretching exercises. If the doctor recommends circumcision, consider getting a second opinion or exploring non-surgical alternatives first.
