I've been diagnosed with hiatus hernia and gastritis and my doctor prescribed meds but the pain hasn't improved much in the last week. How long does it usually take for the meds to work? Also wondering about the approximate cost for laparoscopic hiatus hernia surgery in Bangalore since I might need it if this doesn't get better

I'm having some concerns and need advice. Yesterday morning, I took an ascazin tab and since then I've been feeling bloated or like my belly is full even without eating. Could it be the ascazin tab causing this, or maybe it's related to the MMR vaccine? Later in the evening on the same day, I also started experiencing shortness of breath and feeling lightheaded. I'm really worried because I have no fever, cough, or cold. Can you help figure out what's going on with my stomach?

Last night around 11 pm I took a multivitamin and an antibiotic capsule, and since then it feels like one of them is stuck in my throat or esophagus. I can breathe and talk normally but there's still that slight stuck feeling. What should I do? Could this need surgery or will it go away on its own?

The stuck feeling is likely irritation—drink warm fluids; see doctor if it persists >48 hrs.

Good day, I've been having trouble sleeping at night for almost 2 months now, and it's really starting to worry me. My throat always feels dry even though I drink water all the time. I also experience some chest pain and burping, sometimes even heartburn. I've noticed bumps on the back of my tongue and a white patch in the center too. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
