View allI'm really struggling hereI've had diarrhea for the last 3 months and my doctor said it might be IBS. I'm currently taking ibset, but before this, I tried colospa x and eldicet. The problem is, every time I stop the meds, the diarrhea comes back, and sometimes it happens like 3 to 4 times a day with mucus. I'm worried and not sure what I should be doing differently. Any advice on how to manage this?

I've been diagnosed with Grade 3 internal hemorrhoids by a gastroenterologist who recommended surgery. Before going that route, I'd like to explore non-surgical options like diet and exercise. Is it scientifically possible to manage or treat Grade 3 piles this way? If so, I'd appreciate recommendations for a good dietician in Thane who specializes in this.
A detailed evaluation will help decide the best course of action.

I'm really worried because I haven't been able to have a bowel movement in four days. It's like the liquid stuff will come out, but none of the solid things. I even tried taking medication like Dulco, but it's just not working. What should I do?
