I've been diagnosed with hydrocele and my doctor recommended surgery. I'm 24 is this really necessary or could it go away on its own?

View allI've been diagnosed with prostatomegaly with intravesical extension and have really poor urine flow, even had retention. My doctor recommended TURP surgery, but I'm not sure if it's the best option should I get a second opinion? What are the alternatives or risks with this procedure?
TURP is standard for severe symptoms—consider second opinion but untreated BPH can cause long-term bladder issues.

I have retractile testicles where they mostly stay in the scrotum, but my right one moves up into the groin during ejaculation and stays there for a bit. If I decide to get surgery to keep it fixed in place, what's the success rate like? I'm 29, does age affect the outcome?
normal nothing to worry ok.

Can spermatocele be treated effectively with Ayurvedic medicines or is surgery the only option to get rid of the cyst
Most spermatoceles remain small in size and cause few or no symptoms. You don't need treatment if a spermatocele doesn't cause pain or discomfort. If you have long-term pain or discomfort, a provider may recommend surgery to get rid of a spermatocele
