I've been diagnosed with nasal polyps and using the nasal spray my doctor prescribed, but it only gives temporary relief. Surgery is an option, but I'm worried about the polyps coming back. Are there effective homeopathy or Ayurveda treatments for nasal polyps, and how well do they actually work?

View allI'm having a bit of a hard time with my head feeling heavy and one of my ears being blocked for the last couple of days. It's kind of bothersome, and it's been causing some pain around my forehead and eyes too. Ive been told I have raised IgE levels, and I'm already using a nasal corticosteroid as part of my treatment. Could this be related? I'd appreciate some guidance on what might be going on.

My uvula is looking really red and I can see a lot of veins on it. There's also a small sore on the side. I don't have a fever, but it feels really dry and uncomfortable in the mornings. Should I be worried about this? What could be causing it?

Had FESS surgery 10 days ago to remove tissues in sinuses and around the eye. Now experiencing nasal congestion, slight swelling above and below the eye but no pain or eyelid involvement, good eye movement and light sensitivity. Also have a cough and pain above the eye when touched. Could these symptoms be related to the surgery?
Yes, it's likely that your symptoms are related to the FESS surgery, specifically due to the inflammation and healing process. The nasal congestion, swelling, and pain are common after FESS. A cough could also be a result of the surgery, as the sinuses and nasal passages are closely connected to the upper respiratory tract. The pain when touched around the eye could be related to the close proximity of the surgical area to the orbit.
