I've been diagnosed with pleural effusion tuberculosis since March 5th, and the anti-TB treatment is underway. Can I safely be around my husband and have relations without risking passing the infection to him? Just trying to make sure he's safe too.

I've been on my TB meds for nearly two weeks now, and recently I've started having really bad coughing fits, especially when I'm lying down. This wasn't happening before I started the treatment. Do you have any idea what might be causing this?

I'm really worried because I've had pleural fluid drained using a tube, and despite having all the tests done and taking the medications prescribed by the doctor, there's no noticeable improvement. Could there be something else that's causing this lack of progress? What should I do next?
