I've been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia and my neurologist prescribed meds along with blood tests and a brain MRI. From what I've read, allopathy doesn't offer a permanent cure and surgery seems complicated. Can Ayurveda actually help treat this condition long-term?

I'm really worried about my dad. He had a paralysis attack three years ago, and it's been tough since then. He's got 34 tiny blood clots in his brain, kidney issues, and arthritis. We've seen so many doctors and even had to put him on a ventilator twice. He's mostly bedridden now, and it seems like the paralysis has affected his tongue and mouth too. Sometimes he can open his mouth for food, and other times we have to do it for him. We've been to different hospitals, but we're still struggling to find a solution. Do you know what else we could try or maybe recommend hospitals with blood clot removing tech? Any advice would be really appreciated.

I've been feeling this warm sensation in my right foot's toes. Its not there all the time, just comes and goes. Theres no pain, but it feels like warm air is blowing over them. What could this be?

Your symptoms could be suggestive of diabetic neuropathy. You should undergo a panel of investigations for diabetes and begin treatment as soon as possible. If you are a known patient of diabetes mellitus who is already on treatment, you may have to visit your regular physician to recalibrate your ongoing medication and possibly include neuropathy medication.

I'm experiencing numbness in my feet and hands, and there's also this burning sensation in my hands. Sometimes they even get really hot. Do you have any idea what's going on?

These symptoms could be due to peripheral neuropathy. I recommend taking Vitamin B12 supplements such as Neurobion Forte once daily. Additionally, you can use a topical cream like Volini for relief from burning sensation.
